Gustavo Flores-Rosas
Senior Account Executive
Gustavo Flores is a Senior Account Executive with Bicker, Castillo, Fairbanks & Spitz. Gustavo conducts policy research, builds statewide coalitions, manages grassroots advocacy, provides media support, and works to advance legislative and regulatory issues for clients across different policy areas.
Prior to BCFS, Gustavo worked as Grassroots Coordinator for United Contractors helping with membership outreach and participation in the successful No on Prop 6 campaign through direct member communication, educational outreach, digital marketing and more. Gustavo gained legislative experience as an intern for then Congressman Xavier Becerra in Washington, D.C. and in the district office of Congressman John Garamendi. He also completed an internship at the California Supreme Court.
Gustavo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Ethnic Studies from California State University, Sacramento. As an undergraduate, Gustavo traveled to Germany as part of a NetWings Corp. delegation to conduct a case study exploring the role of journalism and democracy in the digital age.
In his spare time, Gustavo enjoys working out and taking on new adventures with friends and family.
